It is part of my nature to want to improve the wellbeing of others and I take pride in my ability to heal.


I have vast experience in serving clients in a variety of settings - from luxury hotels, athletic clubs, chiropractic practices to spas and traveling directly to clients’ homes, but regardless of the setting my services are always targeted to my clients’ specific needs.

I believe that every body is unique, so with my every service I really try to understand and provide exactly what the client needs and not just follow a standard.

I love what I do and I hope you will too!



Massage improves your health and wellbeing by relieving stress. In my experience creating a personalized massage plan leads to increased improvement and more long lasting results.

Relaxation- one hour session every 4wks. Follow up visit 2wks after if presented with area specific home care hand out.

Mild-moderate-severe for acute injury:
7-8 week care plan

Mild (7-60 mins sessions): 2x/wk for two wks, 1x/wk for 2 two wks and 1x in two wks for re-evaluation.

Moderate (8-60 mins sessions): 2x/wk for two wks, 1x/wk for three wks and 1x in two wks for re-evaluation.

Severe (9-60mins sessions): 2x/wk for two wks, 1x/wk for four wks and 1x in two wks for re-evaluation.

5-6 week care plan available for chronic  conditions.

Don't go too long between treatments!
