is an easy 3-steps program for healthy skin.

Step 1

Diet: Follow daily recommend ingredients of:

  • AHA/BHA's
  • Retinol
  • Peptides
  • Stem cell
  • Lightning agents
  • Antioxidants
  • SPF moistures

Step 2

Exercise:

  • The skin needs a professional trainer to get it to a healthy level. A series of 3-6 professional resurfacing treatments is need every 4 weeks.
