Skin Care FAQ

If you are using Retin-A, Renova, Tazorac, Differin or any other prescription exfoliators for skincare, discontinue use one week prior to the treatment. Avoid microdermabrasion, chemical peels, facial wax one week before treatment.

Do not pick or scratch skin. Chemical peels can cause a redding and peeling of skin in the days following the treatment. Even though skin may itch or burn early in recovery, it's important to resist the urge to rub or scratch the affected skin. Touching the treated area may increase the risk to infection.

For both body and facial waxing - any oral or topical antibiotics should be discontinued for one week prior to any waxing treatment. These medications compromise the integrity of the skin making it much more sensitive and will pull, rip, or burn the skin if used in conjunction with waxing. Very important!

What Is The Diamond Peel?

The Diamond Peel Microdermabrasion is a fast and pain free treatment that can rejuvenate and maintain the health of the skin. With age, lack of care or poor health the cell renewal process may become slower. Regular Diamond Peel treatments promote cell renewal, improving the most difficult skin conditions and imperfections and creating a healthy and balanced skin surface. It complements most treatment programs without interference, providing a gentle yet effective mechanical peeling.
